Bubble Bobble 2 is a very accurate recreation of the second Bubble Bobble video game made for Nintendo way back when. The controls are different than Bubble Bobble 1 so be sure to check those out first (see under the game). Bubble Bobble 2 features a whole new set of worlds to clear but with the same old great gameplay of the original Bubble Bobble. You must clear out each world of all the enemies that reside there by trapping them in Bubbles you shoot from your mouth. Once trapped, the enemies will slowly rise to the top of the world. After trapping an enemy, pop their bubble as quickly as possible and they will drop some fruit or treasures to collect. Each time you eliminate all the enemies in a world, you'll move to the next world. This game moves fast and the worlds (and time) can fly by while playing. Overall, I would say that Bubble Bobble 2 is definitely harder. There's a larger variety of enemies and each has its own quirks to figure out. |
